Welcome to my world! Follow and join me as I navigate life and all it’s mysteries – moment by moment… Some of you may remember Version 1.0 of this a few years ago now wiped out into cyberspace where I used this platform to inspire, motivate and encourage others to live their true, authentic lives. And now, with a bit more years, experience and grey hairs added on, I have never felt more ready to fulfil my true life path, by embracing my true light.

True to my namesake “Poonam” meaning full moon in the Hindu language, my mission in life is to be a light in the world inspiring and helping others live fully. Through my life journey and experiences, I hope to remind you that we each have a unique light that is waiting to shine in the world and to just have a bit of fun, laugh and be happier every day!

I am a very proudly South African Indian who hails from a beautiful small piece of heaven called East London, on the East coast of South Africa. I currently reside in Cape Town but am a citizen of the world and hope to spread happiness and joy one being, one situation, one environment at a time!
